Jessica advises clients on a range of intellectual property and business matters, including patent and trademark prosecution, contract drafting and negotiation, and strategic counseling. Drawing on her background in biochemistry and prior laboratory experience, she is particularly skilled at navigating complex technical subject matter and communicating it in a practical, client-focused way. Her practice also includes supporting clients in resolving disputes. Jessica is known for her detail-oriented approach and her ability to navigate complex legal and technical issues.

Jessica is active in Oregon’s legal community and serves on the board of Oregon Women Lawyers–Queen’s Bench. She also plans CLEs and events for the Intellectual Property Section of the Oregon State Bar. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, backpacking, running, and curling up in a comfy chair with a good book and a cup of tea.
