Litigation Attorney

Elevate Law Group, a well-established regional law firm in Lake Oswego, is seeking an attorney to join our litigation team. Our lawyers specialize in meeting the legal needs of business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and small to medium-sized businesses. We have developed a reputation for skillfully advising clients and obtaining tailored results with a personal touch.

The firm seeks a talented litigation attorney to manage all aspects of complex business litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Ideal candidates will have 4–10 years of practical litigation experience in Oregon.

Qualifications:

  • Oregon State Bar admission REQUIRED; Washington and/or other licenses desired.
  • 4+ years’ experience practicing law, with significant litigation experience.
  • Experience in the areas of business litigation, debtor-creditor/bankruptcy, and/or real estate.
  • Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, and writing.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work in a collaborative setting but with significant independence.
  • Committed to business and practice development and is energetic about client service.
  • A track record of exemplary client service, organizational skills, and desire to learn and grow.
