Nick is an experienced litigator and bankruptcy attorney known for helping clients resolve complex business problems.  Businesses and entrepreneurs look to Nick for help when facing financial problems, insolvency, inadequate cash flow, embezzlement, and malfeasance by business partners, corporate directors and officers.
